Rachel harrison, Director
Rachel is a highly intuitive practitioner with a deep and rich tenure in holistic approaches to human development. With over twenty years’ experience in learning and development Rachel has delivered programmes across a broad cross section of organisations from Global and Blue Chip to Start Ups and SME’s. Rachel has worked in the UK with senior teams of global organisations, leading residential learning labs and ongoing coaching. Experienced at holding complex realities for both people and organisations, Rachel’s strength is in working at the frontiers of transition where inner and outer change is possible.
A practitioner and distributor of Insights Discovery since 2003, Rachel became Director of parent company Beyond TT in 2016. As a leader-facilitator she observes from the edges, noticing the deep patterns and structures that unfold into possible futures. Her naturally gentle style is underpinned with a bold and courageous tenacity.
Rachel is an accredited Voiceprint practitioner, yoga teacher, graduate of Naked Voice and body worker. She blends approaches with those she works with to bring coherence and congruence to the voice of leadership. She enables clients to reconnect the mind, body and voice through emotion, so that the intentional voice can be expressed with greater ease, integrity and authenticity.
Rachel brings wisdom from an extensive background in developmental and transpersonal psychology. A hallmark of her style is to hold pragmatism within a powerfully intuitive context, allowing a deep and broad space for transformation to emerge.

Jules Bevis, consultant
A creative consultant with high learner empathy. An Insights Discovery practitioner and psychosynthesis coach, Jules brings a blend of depth psychology, systemic perspectives, and experience leading on engagement for digital transformation.
As a practitioner Jules coaches groups through learning programmes that place whole-person engagement at the heart. She converts rich insights into practical actions, and inspires learners at a the level of values, identity and purpose. With a sharp diagnostic eye, Jules is able to reflect back realities in high definition. She is recognised as a quiet innovator, driven to break new ground, and she co-creates development pathways that favour simplicity, depth and impact.

rex harrison, partner
Rex brings over 20 years of experience in learning and development, and founded our parent company Beyond TT Ltd in 1999. Beginning his career as an apprentice engineer and project brewer, Rex’s career shifted to a range of executive positions in HR in the brewing industry in 1991. He followed this with two years leading global change programmes on a dedicated team with Allied Domecq.
Rex’s success is built on his engaging style with an ability to see people’s true potential. His skillful humour and straight forward nature creates a sense of ease for his clients. Rex’s many decades of wisdom bring succinct clarity and a bold gentleness to the ways we continue to change and learn throughout life.
Rex balances light-hearted fun with a lasting passion from his earlier years as an activist. As he steps into a mentoring role for the team, his huge compassion for the world is a reminder of what’s important each and every day.
